What's so great about that?

The CyberStars™ are an elite group of leading real estate professionals from around the country. Each sales associate accepted for membership has demonstrated outstanding ability in three areas: production, using today's technology in their marketing efforts, and a willingness to share their discoveries, ideas and spirit with other CyberStars™.

Criteria for membership:

• 50 or more transactions or 5 million in closed volume during the past 12 months. (There may be limited exceptions to the 50+ transaction rule where an applicant can demonstrate good and growing production and actively uses today's technology in his or her real estate marketing efforts).
• A dynamic Web site, one which is bringing in business!
• A demonstrated commitment to the use of technology in his or her marketing efforts.
• A willingness to share at least one "Success Tip" per month with other CyberStars™ and to actively network with other CyberStars™, both online and when we gather at various meetings.
• There is an annual CyberStar™ membership fee of $100.
  
  

CyberStar™ membership offers benefits:

• The CyberStars™ share the "latest and greatest" ideas on using today's technology to increase their market share through online and face-to-face gatherings. Their focus is on sharing money-making ideas with other CyberStars™, whether on the CyberStar™ chat site or at CyberStar™ meetings during NAR conventions, state and franchise conventions, the R.S. Sell-A-Bration, etc..

• Selected CyberStars™ have appeared on Allen's panels at the past five National Association of REALTORS® National Conventions.
• Each CyberStar™ is featured on the CyberStar™ page on Allen's Web site (www.afhseminars.com/cyber.htm) in a state-by-state listing. The site is publicized heavily in Allen's online newsletter and during his seminars, resulting in a number of referrals to the CyberStars™ listed there.
• Various CyberStar™ Web sites are shown during Allen's nationwide seminars, are included in a list of "Must See" Web sites in his course manuals, and are mentioned in the numerous articles he writes for national real estate publications, both in print and on line.
• A "CyberStar™ Tip Of The Week" is included in each weekly issue of Allen's online real estate technology newsletter. A different CyberStar™ is featured each week, and the CyberStar's™ email address and Web site address are given in the article.
• Various sponsors of the Allen F. Hainge CyberStar™ National Tour Seminars provide the CyberStars™ with free technology tools. To date, individual CyberStars™ have received copies of PhotoShare, Know The Neighborhood, a Preferred Pages Web site, Kodak digital cameras, email pagers and more.
